We agree that it takes a village to raise a child. We also believe that it takes an entire church to run a church. From multimedia to caring for our kids, there are many vital roles that are faithfully carried out by many behind-the-scenes people. If you are interested in getting involved and meeting some great people, please let us know! We would love to give you an opportunity to come alongside us as we love God and love people through our service. Below are overviews of our teams.
Benevolence Team

This special team is comprised of folks from the Missions Team who have volunteered to oversee the church’s benevolence fund, which is dedicated for the use of holistically supporting those in and beyond our congregation who are in need.
Kids’ Ministry

We currently have classes for infants through age 6. We as a church are committed to living out the command given in Psalm 7:4-7. “We will not hide them from their children; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the LORD, His power, and the wonders He has done. He decreed statutes for Jacob and established the law in Israel, which He commanded our forefathers to teach their children, so the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born, and they in turn would tell their children. Then they would put their trust in God and would not forget His deeds but would keep His commands.” Psalm 78:4-7(NIV)
Each week, children will encounter the love and truth of Christ through fun songs about Christ, strong Biblical teaching, crafts, and snack time.

Multimedia

Multimedia handles many aspects of Sunday service, as well as continual maintenance of the website. Those with or without any technical experience are welcome to join. Do you enjoy taking digital photos? Do you enjoy working with PowerPoint? Do you enjoy surfing websites? We welcome anyone with an interest or an idea to share.
Praise & Worship Team

Prayer Ministry

We gather together to pray Sunday mornings at 10:10am to intercede for our worship service as well as the needs of our congregation. At times, we also hold prayer conference calls and participate in prayer blogs. All are welcome to join us in this important ministry of intercession—it’s a great way to connect with God and with one another.

Welcome Team

Though we consider everyone to be a part of our welcoming efforts, those who are especially eager to meet and greet visitors are very necessary in the church. On Sundays, the Welcome Team also helps prepare and run the weekly service so that people are able to worship more freely and fully.
